Donovan McNabb Breaks Rib

Comcast Sports Net in Philadelphia is reporting that Donovan McNabb has a broken rib suffered in today's game against the Panthers. McNabb was injured while scrambling to the endzone and getting landed on hard by a Carolina defender. His legs instantly kicked out in pain and he was down for all of a commercial break. It was obvious that he was in pain and that the injury was serious in nature.

Kevin Kolb will be the Eagles starter if McNabb cannot go next week. For all the Michael Vick people out there remember that he is out until week 3 on suspension and probably will need some time after that to get ready. By that time, McNabb may be back already so cool your jets on the Vick waiver claims this week.
