Fantasy Football Tonight 7/30
FANTASY FOOTBALL SEARCH HITS THE ROAD
The first of several trips planned this month begins tomorrow as I catch an early morning flight to the lovely state of Minnesota. Unfortunately, I will not be able to tour all 10,000 lakes during this weekend visit as duty does call. First, a brief fan convention at the Mystic Lake Indian Casino followed by what will be my final trip to the Metrodome, at least for a baseball game as the Twins take on the Angels. I will be present and sitting in the left field home run seats. I'd love for any and all our loyal readers from the Minneapolis area to come out and hang out with me and my crew for a little boy's night out.
If your from western Minnesota or Northern Iowa, come out and hang with us on Saturday as we take in the Vikings second day of training camp in Mankato, MN. It's about a 2 hour drive from Minneapolis but such a quiet and peaceful place to spend a weekend and watch Tarvaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels begin their battle to be the Vikings starting QB. U GOTTA WATCH THIS
Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco is at it again. He seems to have developed quite a fascination with technology this offseason as he's hyped up his Myspace page, has threatened to Twitter during games and is now broadcasting live via UCaster during his down time in camp. Check out this bizarre yet strangely hypnotic feed from Ochocinco himself.
SEATTLE RB UPDATE
Seahawks coaches confirmed today that the current plan is to use Julius Jones in a feature role this season while T.J. Duckett will be their short yardage specialist. My sources have indicated that Justin Forsett was the best player on the field at times this summer excelling in the new zone blocking scheme the Seahawks are now running. Jones is still the best RB to own here and he should be considered a big sleeper candidate for this season.
