The Guru Gridiron Report: Week 13 Review Quarterbacks

Week 13 was a relatively bad week for most quarterbacks. There wasn't a whole lot of scoring for many of them putting your playoffs hopes in jeopardy. Hopefully you came of of it OK. Here are our current Fantasy Value Rating for our quarterbacks of the week:
Quarterbacks
Eli Manning - UPGRADE FVR: 9.3
The thing we love about Eli is he can throw at will and though the running game hurts his production, we think it also helps it a ton.
Tony Romo UPGRADE FVR: 9.3
Tony had three TDs and is nearly 100% and hot.

Kurt Warner EVEN FVR: 9.4
We are only downgrading him for the mistakes and the fact that they show they are more willing to run in TDs. Other than that it was the Giants.

Aaron Rodgers UPGRADED FVR: 8.9
Though Rodgers can be inconsistent and will battle weather issues he's still a great start when the weather is good. He has yet to prove himself in bad weather, so beware.

Matt Ryan UPGRADED FVR: 8.5
The rookie of the year award in the NFC will be between Matt Ryan and Matt Forte. Matt Ryan helped his cause with 200+ yards and 2 TDs.

Matt Cassel DOWNGRADED FVR: 8.3
This is more the Cassel we expected and why I'd be happy to face one of his owners in the playoffs.

Peyton Manning DOWNGRADED FVR: 8.3
There is something wrong with the Colts offense. Maybe its age or injury, but whatever it is Manning is no longer automatic with points.

Brett Farve - DOWNGRADED FVR: 8.3
This is the kind of week Jets fans hate to see. No touchdowns and bad east coast weather. It will happen.

Shaun Hill EVEN FVR: 8.5
Had a tough matchup on the road and pulled it out with 161 yards and a TD. We still have good expectations for Hill.

Trent Edwards DOWNGRADED FVR: 7.7
He hurt his groin and missed part of the game. No matter, it was terrible and you can't trust starting him. He may bery miss his next game anyhow

Donovan McNabb UPGRADED FVR: 8.9
He looked great, but we still worry about his inconsistency.
