Week 1 Bench/Start Defenses & Kickers Guru Style!

There will be allot of surprise defenses in week 1. Some will do much better than expected, so much worse. The first few weeks of every season will slowly weed out the bad defenses and spring up the ones that are good. Keep an eye on the Green Bay, Dallas, New England, and Jacksonville to name a few.

DEFENSES
1st Tier Defenses MUST Start:
Minnesota
Dallas
Green Bay
Pittsburgh
New England
Indianapolis
San Diego
Philadelphia

2nd Tier Defenses You have to Start:
Tennessee
NY Giants
Jacksonville
Chicago
New Orleans

Oakland

Seattle

3rd Tier Defenses Start At Your Own Risk:
Washington - We think they are a solid start, but on the road against NY in week 1 mught be a little tough on them. Don't be shocked if they give up allot of yards and a few TD's. They should be able to sack Manning.

Baltimore - We are not sold on Baltimore this year. There defense just isn't the same. We don't think you should bench them, just beware. You may get what you paid for.


4th Tier Defenses MUST BENCH:
NY Jets
Cleveland
Tampa Bay
Atlanta
St Louis
Kansas City
Arizona
Miami
Carolina

Cincinnati


We are no longer going to do kickers. They are way to hard to predict. and most teams only have one anyway. If you need to find a kicker cause of a BYE week base your decisions on 3 factors:
1. Is the kicker kicking in a Dome? (that's good)
2. Is the Defense the kicker facing a tough defense?
3. Is the kicker's offense very good?
