The True GURU wins in the Playoffs, but loses undefeated season! 2-1

Week 14 was a bittersweet week for me. I managed to win in the 1st round of the playoffs of my CBS Sportsline league and in my FOX Sports League. However in my Yahoo! league I finally lost a game in the meaningless last game of the season to a tough competitor. I made serious coaching blunders in that game that I will reveal in this post. In the CBS Sportsline league I will play for the right to represent my division in the Superbowl. FOX Sports messed up our league, so I'm not sure if I won the 1st round of the playoffs of the last game of the regular season. I'm sure they will sort it out in time.

FOX Sports League - LV Cowboys (12-2) 108.7 - Vegas Zepplins (6-7) 96.8

This league is a cluster mess. I was suppose to face Vegas Zepplins for the last match up of the week, but FOX Sports launched us into the Playoffs. This should be corrected, but either way I won. I had huge performances from Peyton Manning Marques Colston, Marion Barber, and Reggie Wayne.

CBS Sportsline - Lv Cowboys (11-3) 230.19 - GoBig (8-6) 203.53

This was a great match up and it went down to the wire. I owe this win to tremendous performances from Marion Barber, Braylon Edwards, the Green Bay defense, and Larry Fitzgerald. Oh, and of course always stable Brain Westbrook. Next week I will play for the Vegas division championship against a tough rival who sports a team consisting of Tom Brady, LT, and TJ Who's your Mamma. Not to mention Reggie Wayne. Oh well, I am certainly the underdog by at least 15 points, but snow is heading towards New England, and I can only hope that will help me.

Yahoo! League - Tharp's Titans (7-7) 95.88 - LV Cowboys (13-1) 87.49

Well to make this look decent, this game didn't mean anything. I have the top BYE spot locked. However, the loss did cost me my perfect season as I fall to 13-1 heading into the playoffs. I will relax next week, but I could see this same team in two weeks if he wins next week. I'd like to have my revenge in two weeks so I'm rooting for Tharp's Titans to win. I will admit that if I trusted Trent Edwards hitting Lee Evans I would have started Evans and won the match. So I had the fire power to pull it off, just the not the guts to go with my instincts and it cost me.
