The True GURU Is Going to 2 Superbowls & The Playoffs!

Wow, week 15 was a great week for me in my 3 leagues. I only played in two leagues with the BYE in my Yahoo! league. I had championship games in the other two leagues and both were against my biggest and toughest rivals. In the CBS Sportsline league, which is not only a money league, but it is the off-season bragging rights league I faced off against The GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) and in the FOX league I played my tormentor Team B. Both were tough match ups, but read the details to see how they finished:

FOX Sports League - LV Cowboys (12-2) 79.3 - Team B (8-6) 75.5

Wow, this match was tough, and throw the first half of play I was getting blown out, but I stormed back with Colston and Manning to make it close. Before Sunday night I managed a 1 point lead. He had Adrian Peterson (Chicago) and I had The Chicago defense left. Well, both played average and I extended my lead by 3 more points and pulled out a close one. I have to give shout outs to Peyton Manning, Marques Colston, Frank Gore, and the Chicago defense. Next week is the Superbowl for this league and I'm facing Grush. This team is very good. He finished 9-5 in the regular season and boasts a team with Romo, Ownes, Jennings, and Adrain Peterson. The thing that sucks the most is I have Romo in my other Yahoo! league and I'm a Cowboy fan.

CBS Sportsline - Lv Cowboys (12-3) 167.61 - The GOAT (11-4) 121.15

This is one of my biggest wins I've ever had. As I noted, I played The GOAT. This man finished with a 10-3 record (tied with me) and took the league points championship over me at a distance second. He won it by over 200 points. He also won 6 weekly top scores to add to his resume. In the season we finished 1-1 versus one another, but his win over me was a huge blowout by 87 points. So this was a huge game against a division rival. I knew his team would have some problems because of inconsistent play from TJ Who's Your Mamma and Marshawn Lynch coming back a little rusty. He also played is backup defense in Minnesota, and not his staple defense in Pittsburgh. Finally he is a Tom Brady team and Tom was in the wind and snow. Outside of that I had to hope that LT and Reggie Wayne had off days. The end result was my Indianapolis defense dominated, and so did Brain Westbrook (Even with giving up the TD). I started Kurt Warner over Derek Anderson and that was a great move. Braylon Edwards and Antonio Gates did not do much along with Marion Barber, but my kicker Mason Crosby was AWESOME. I'm facing Mongol Horde for the Superbowl and I should be a 35 point favorite. Wish me luck!

Yahoo! League - BYE THIS WEEK, Next match up: Packers (7-7) Vs LV Cowboys (13-1)

I beat this guy twice in the regular season and now I must beat him again. He has a very tough team that has Brett Farve, Randy Mosss, and Gregg Jennings. I can only hope for bad weather in Chicago and New England again. My team is going into the game fully healthy, but I must decide which RBs to start and if I should start Romo or Palmer. Romo is the obvious and most likely choice. Winner of this game plays in the Superbowl the next week.
