Just Another 3-0 Week For Your Resident TRUE GURU!
Wow, I'm not going to lie. I normally do not play this well across all my leagues. This has been a special year for me and really looks good being the first year I've decided to blog my expertise in fantasy football. I guess maybe I'm playing closer attention since I have to blog all the time with players. Either way to this point its been a fantastic season and I have the playoffs to look forward to in all three league.
In all 3 leagues I had dominating wins and closed out the season in my CBS league. In Yahoo! I had what I thought would be a tough match, but Farve went down and even with weak performances out of many players on my team, I managed t pull out a convincing win. I rolled along in the FOX Sports league. Here are the results and details:
FOX Sports League - LV Cowboys (11-2) 104.5 - Sassy Raiders (6-7) 64
This match was a blow out from the beginning. Sassy is normally a tough competitor, but this week she just didn't show up. I had a little fun and started Warner over Manning, and I was sick watching Manning do so well. Reggie Wayne, Justin Fargas, and Nick Folk had huge games for me this week.

CBS Sportsline - Lv Cowboys (10-3) 168.13 - Tripods (5-8) 146.61
Even know I clinched and only had a tiny chance to get the BYE for the first round of the playoffs, this game was huge. Tripods needed a win and he's in the playoffs with a strong team. He had Brett Farve going and if Farve hadn't gone down, I would have lost. My team played about average with Braylon Edwards, Fargas, and Westbrook leading the way. Next week is round 1 of the playoffs where I face a fierce rival Go Big Or Go Home. We split the season series, but I feel at this point I have the superior team.
Yahoo! League - LV Cowboys (13-0) 118.32 - Packers (6-7) 89.65
Again, I played a tough team packed with the power of Brett Farve, Greg Jennings, Randy Moss, and even Jamal Lewis. If Farve had played, I most likely would have barely won, or even lost. I owe my win to the Dallas Cowboys for knocking Farve out and to my QB Tony Romo and Kicker Nick Folk. I also want to give shout outs to Maurice Jones-Drew and Derrick Ward for getting 39 of my points between the two. Those 4 players made 90 of my 118 total points. I remained undefeated at 13-0 and go into the last regular season game against another tough opponent in Tharp's Titans. If I win, I will go into the BYE WEEK (Playoffs) at 14-0.
