Three Straight 3-0 Weeks for The True GURU!!

I had another fabulous week in Fantasy Football. The best part about it I did it without many of my top runningbacks, which kind of proves my theory that runningbacks are not the end all in fantasy football. I have Frank Gore in all three leagues, not much. Marion Barber in 2 leagues, not much, and Brian Westbrook and LaMont Jordan each in 1 league. What carried me this week was the outstanding performances from my QB's Kitna, P. Manning, and Romo. Also, my WR's did very well, especially Reggie Wayne, Braylon Edwards, and Shaun McDonalds.
Let's view the leagues and Match ups:
FOX SPORTS LEAGUE
LV Cowboys (3-0) Vs. Grush (3-0)
In my Fox Sports league I just eeked out a win 86.3-84.4 over the other undefeated division leader who started Tony Romo against my Peyton Manning. Going into the Sunday Night Game he was done and had a 1.5 point lead on me and I had only Kevin Curtis left. I obviously felt confident I would win, but I barely did! Peyton manning, Reggie Wayne, and the Bears defense won it for me this week.

CBS Sportsline League
LV Cowboys (2-1) Vs. Mongol Horde GSH (2-1)
This game was a blowout with the final 149-99. My Opponents team did not show up, and he paid the price. Even with below average performances from Marion Barber and Frank Gore, I still managed to tally points with great performances by Jon Kitna, Braylon Edwards, Larry Fitzgerald, and Nate Kaeding. I did not start Brian Westbrook this week and I consider this a huge win because out of my three big Runningback I only managed 22 points (1 point reception league).

Yahoo! League
LV Cowboys (3-0) Vs. Packers (2-1)

I made a so-so tough call by benching Carson Palmer for the first time this year and going with my backup Tony Romo. I know!, its insane I got both, but I did. Romo did not let me down, neither did Marshan Lynch (who started for Maurice Jones-Drew on BYE) and Shaun McDonald. My Cowboy defense threw in a solid performance and I got the easy 96-78 win.

Next week I have three more tough match ups against tough opponents. I will try to make it my 4th straight week on 3-0 fantasy football. Till then, this is The True GURU signing out.
